Earth Source Geo LLC is a Durango, Colorado based company specializing in the design, engineering, and installation of Ground Source Heat Pump Systems (GSHP’s). Also known as geothermal or geosource heat pump systems, a GSHP is a system that transfers the sun’s dispersed natural Solar Heat stored in the ground into a concentrated source of heat for your home or commercial building. These systems provide reliable, low maintenance, and environmentally responsible heating and cooling at considerably lower operating costs than conventional systems.

Although our primary focus is GSHP’s, we also install Heat Recovery Ventilators (HRV’s) and incorporate the use of other strategies such as Solar Photovoltaic (electric) and Solar Thermal (hot water).

Our projects have included Energy Star homes, a LEED certified Platinum house, four Net-zero Energy houses, and both new and retrofit Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) system installations. Earth Source Geo LLC offers complete design and installation services, and we also work as consultants to architects and builders.
